As we kick off summer and celebrate Memorial Day, I tend to get quite annoyed with all of the food colored, jiggly jello fruit salads. So, I decided to make a healthy version using fresh fruit and NOTHING artificial.
Ingredients: tailor amounts to your preference
strawberries – cleaned and hulled
blueberries
jicama- sliced into 1/4 inch sheets and cut out into shapes with a cookie cutter
Method:
combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
