Happy Refreshing Friday! and as St Patty’s day is quickly approaching, I realized my girls have NEVER had a shamrock shake.
They have never even heard of a Shamrock Shake, so I of course needed to remedy the situation immediately!
My husband insisted that it had to be green. I, on the other hand, have an aversion to food coloring and as the all-natural versions weren’t available in our local stores, I decided to use a fresh green garnish instead.
Ingredients: per serving
1 1/2 cups vegan ice cream
1/3 cup vegan milk ( I use soy)
1/8-1/4 teaspoon organic peppermint extract
2 teaspoons agave
fresh mint leaves for garnish
Method:
place all ingredients into blender and mix well. serve immediately.
